These terms apply to the use of the cadentomusic.net website and related (pre-)services of Cadento Music, a trade name of Betterworks Vintage.
1. Definitions
“We”, “us” or “Cadento Music”: Betterworks Vintage, KvK 42162088, de Langeloop 10, 1742 PB Schagen, the Netherlands. “Website”: the online environment under cadentomusic.net and related subdomains. “User”: any visitor or person who uses the website or (pre-)services or submits a request.
2. Applicability
By visiting the website or submitting a form, you accept these terms. Deviations apply only if confirmed by us in writing. Specific product or service terms published later may supplement or replace these terms once Cadento Music is fully live.
3. Coming soon / pre-launch
The website may be in a coming-soon or preview phase. Information on the site is informational and does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract unless expressly stated. An access request or contact message does not oblige us to provide services or grant access.
4. Intellectual property
All rights in text, design, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the website belong to Betterworks Vintage or its licensors. Nothing may be copied, distributed or reused without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of public pages.
5. Use of the website
You may only use the website lawfully. Among other things, you must not: • disrupt the operation or security of the site; • submit inaccurate or misleading information; • send automated requests that burden the infrastructure; • use content for illegal or harmful purposes.
6. Requests and communication
Forms (such as access requests or contact) are reviewed in good faith. We may refuse a request without stating reasons or ask for additional information. Response times are indicative.
7. Liability
The website and content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of (or inability to use) the website, temporary unavailability, or inaccuracies in pre-launch information. Our total liability is in any event limited to the amount paid out by our liability insurance in the relevant case, or — failing that — to €250.
8. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is on this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms and use of the website are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Betterworks Vintage is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
